Fallen Miss California Carrie Prejean comes back full force and wants to sue everybody (Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler), except Donald Trump, the owner of the Miss Universe Organization, for everything, including religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

This is the perfect timing for the lawsuit, which coincides with the launch of Carrie’s book. Carrie’s diva attitude has nothing to do with the fact she was fired, no! It’s all a conspiracy against her but she is smart enough to leave the Trump out.

Carrie claims the Miss Cali USA organization “fabricated a fraudulent list of some 50 public appearances allegedly missed by Prejean which they released to the media in order to justify her termination as Miss California USA,” and also tried to “set up Prejean to have her dismissed as Miss California USA by asking her to do a Playboy photo shoot for $120,000.”

Miss Carrie got lucky when she chose to be “biblically correct” instead of “politically correct” and now she is just trying to extend her fifteen minutes.

Fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander was finally sentenced for the sexual assault of seven aspiring models who he lured into his apartment with the promise of modeling jobs. Anand, who represented himself at the sentencing hearing, got 59 years to life in prison.

Anand tried to object and ask for a new trial because of juror and prosecutorial misconduct and inadequate defense by his former attorneys but his requests were denied by the judge.

Former Playmate of The Year Dalene Kurtis was attacked by her boyfriend, who also threatened to kill her, while on vacation in Hawaii. Dalene claims he punched her, chocked her, broke her finger and spit in her face while saying he was “gonna kill [her],” “slit [her] throat” and that she was a “f**king whore.”

The 31 year-old Dalene was granted a temporary restraining order that also includes her 2 year-old son. Playboy model, Jasmine Fiore, was also a victim of abuse but her story ended tragically when her husband Ryan Jenkins brutally murdered her (read story here).

University of Alabama defensive lineman Brandon Deaderick was shot in the forearm during an apparent robbery attempt at an apartment complex Monday night (August 31) in Tuscaloosa.

Deaderick was hospitalized but he is in good condition and his injuries aren’t life threatening. He is expected to be back on the field soon and to play a major role on defense in the upcoming season for Crimson Tide.
