“Charlie’s Angels” star Jaclyn Smith had reportedly tried to commit suicide and had been hospitalized with a gun shot wound to the head, according to a Hondurus newspaper.

Fortunately, the rumors are false and Jaclyn is alive and well. Her rep told Radar, “This is not true. I spoke with her this morning and she is at her house in Beverly Hills”. It has been posted on the actress Twitter page the following message: “Jaclyn is fine. Those reports are FALSE. Jaclyn is safe and home with her family. She is not in Honduras. It is a lie. >cc”

“Jon & Kate Plus 8” former nanny Stephanie Santoro decided to break the silence and tell all about her steamy affair with the father-of-eight, who she claims to have had sex with while the kids were sleeping during her month as a babysitter.

Stephanie claims it all started when Jon Gosselin innocently asked for a massage and then offered one too, asking her to kiss him. That same night they ended up in the bathtub (very romantic scene!) and Jon warned her, “Whatever you do, don’t fall in love with me, because it’s going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you.”

Overall Stephanie only has nice things to say about Jon. She claims he cared about her and feelings. They had sex “nine times.” Jon “wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best I ever had,” says the 23 year-old nanny.

According to Radar, Jon asked the nanny to lie about their relationship because his girlfriend Hailey Glassman found out. Apparently Jon isn’t completely totally in love with Hailey as he wants us to think.

“He told Stephanie that he cared for Hailey, but he didn’t see her as the person he wanted to spend his life with,” Santoro said. “He didn’t see her as a stepmother figure for the children, but he said that he couldn’t end it now because there was too much stuff, like the clothing line, that Hailey was involved in. He had to be careful how he handled everything.”

Jon denies Stephanie’s story via a statement released by his attorney, Mark J. Heller: “The content of the story is shocking, especially in light of the fact that a non-disclosure agreement purportedly prepared by the production company had been signed by the nanny before she started working with the Gosselin family.”

Jon needs to slow down and think about his family! First Deanna Hummel, then Hailey Glassman, Kate Major and now Stephanie Santoro!?! What do these women see in that guy?? It can’t be the money! Jon has eight children and just got a divorce so he is bound to live paycheck to paycheck.

Former NY Giants star Plaxico Burress was sentenced to two years in federal prison for possession of an unlicensed gun on Tuesday (September 22). The 32 year-old, who was accompanied by his wife, son and father, hugged his family and addressed the judge, saying, “I apologize to my family … I thank everyone for their support.”

Plaxico pleaded guilty to a lesser firearms charge after an incident late last fall, in which he accidentally shot himself in the leg at a Manhattan nightclub with a gun that had not been licensed in New York.

The New York Giants released the following statement: “This has been a tragic, sad, disappointing situation from the beginning. Our concern has always been for Plax’s welfare, and for his family, and that continues to be our overriding feeling.”

Mackenzie Phillips, the daughter of John Phillips, founder of The Mamas and The Papas, promises to expose an explosive family secret that she has kept for more than 30 years on Oprah on Wednesday (September 23).

We wonder what can possibly be more explosive than her father getting her into drugs and her one night stand with Mick Jagger? Mackenzie claims Mick seduced her when she was only 13 years old and actually told her, “I’ve been waiting to do this since you were ten years old.”

The 49 year-old had been struggling with a drug addiction until recently. Mackenzie was arrested for possession of heroin and cocaine and forced into a drug rehabilitation program last year. Her book “High On Arrival” comes out tomorrow, the same day the explosive airs.

The Six Flags Amusement Park in Georgia is currently under water after storms “stretching from Tennessee to Georgia to North Carolina” flooded the area. Some parts of parts of the roller coaster have completely disappeared under the muddy waters.

Several people have been evacuated from critical areas. There flooding has caused at least the death of six people and trapped many others at home without power.

A 27 year-old teacher named Valerie Roesler was found drunk with a 15 year-old boy in a car parked on Gunston Hill Lane in Alexandria and promptly arrested early Sunday (September 20).

Valerie was suspended without pay from teaching at Hayfield Secondary School and faces charges of public drunkenness and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The boy left home to meet the teacher in the parking lot in the middle of the night without his parents’ knowledge but he was not drunk.

Police is still investigating the disturbing relationship between the teacher and the student. It seems like the drunk teacher didn’t offer the boy any alcohol and no sex charges have been filed.

Former Playboy model Monica Hansen sued her plastic surgeon, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein, for the illegal use of her image (her fake boobs!) for advertising on his website.

Monica said the photos were used without her permission and was granted a $564,555 payout from the surgeon, who claims they had a deal in which he gave her discounted plastic surgery in exchange for using her image in his marketing materials.

Dr. Hochstein has obtained an e-mail written by Monica to Hollywood madam Michelle Braun, that reads, “”Hi, yes honey I did let Lenny use the pictures. I am so sorry for the troubles. Just became an issue with my agency is all but I am not going to sue. How is everything with you? Will you be in LA soon?” Monica may lose the payout money faster than she earned it.

Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and her internist Sandeep Kapoor are involved in a case of “pharmaceutical suicide” for prescribing a deadly mix of drugs to Anna Nicole Smith, which led to her tragic death.

Both Eroshevich and Kapoor are being prosecuted for their prescribing practices and for having sexual contact with a patient. Authorities found compromising photos and videos of the two with Anna Nicole, who had sought for their help to cope with her son David’s death.

Just days after her son David died, Eroshevich asked for two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug and 4 bottles of a painkiller. In the case, there are at least three pharmacists who claim to have refused to fill the prescription and one even said “They are going to kill her with this.”

Justin Timberlake, who has been dating actress Jessica Biel for more than two years, and singer Rihanna were spotted together in New York a couple of times. Rumors say the two might have been secretly hooking up and that Justin is planning to dump his girlfriend for Rihanna.

“Justin and Rihanna have been seeing each other for the past few weeks,” a source close to Rihanna told Showbiz Spy exclusively. “He is really into her and it’s only a matter of time before he dumps Jessica.”

The source added, “It was at 10ak in NYC and they left together. They are seeing each other on the low!”

The chemistry between Justin and Rihanna is evident in the music video for “Rehab” (photos below), a song he and Timberland wrote for the ‘Umbrella’ singer. Singer Mya cut her foot on a piece of broken glass during rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars and was taken to the hospital to receive treatment on Sunday (September 20). The singer, who has been partnered with Dmitri Chaplin, is one of the favorites to win this season.

The 29 year-old is the latest victim of the Dancing With The Stars curse that struck down other stars like singer Jewel, who fractured a tibia in rehearsals before the show aired, and actor Gilles Marini, who is still recovering from a surgical procedure after separating his shoulder practicing his dance moves.

Mya wants to continue dancing and says this incident won’t keep her from doing her best and dancing her booty off. Mya tweeted, “Went2the hospital late last night2get stitches. Deep cut from glass. Only caught 2hours of sleep but feel great. Must be adrenaline. Nothing to worry about. Just an ugly slice on my finger-not the first time I’ve had stitches. I’ll be just fine. Thanks4the concern.”
