Kevin Maher Sues Danielle Staub For Scandalous Rape Claims
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub’s ex-husband, Kevin Maher, with whom she was married to in the late 80s, filed a lawsuit against the controversial reality star for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress in L.A. County Superior Court on Thursday (October 8).
Kevin says he has received “serious and outrageous threats” after Danielle told People Magazine back in June that he had raped her on a bed of broken glass, had “inserted his handgun inside [Danielle]” and played Russian Roulette and, finally, murdered her dog by hanging it.
