A 39 year-old flight attendant, Corrine Gehrls, claims she was fired after being falsely accused by fellow flight attendants, Myron Gooch and Kirby Bumpus (Gayle King’s daughter), of having sex with chief pilot Terry Pansing on Oprah Winfrey’s private jet.

Corrine wasn’t fired just because she had an intimate relationship with the pilot but because they reportedly did it during a flight while Oprah and other passengers were asleep. Pilot Pansing was also fired. They were both subjected to polygraph tests and passed but were not rehired. Corrine filed a lawsuit in which she asks for more than $75,000 in damages from Gooch, Bumpus and Harpo Inc., Winfrey’s production company.
