American Music Awards 2009 Nominations
The 2009 American Music Awards Nominations were announced by Paula Abdul, Adam Lambert, and Snoop Dogg in a press conference from the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles on Tuesday (October 13).
The biggest stars of this year’s AMAs are Michael Jackson with 5 nominations and country teen sensation Taylor Swift with 6 nominations. Michael and Taylor are both nominated for Artist of the Year. The 2009 AMAs will air on ABC Sunday, November 22, 2009.

How the hell is Taylor Swift now also Adult Contemporary? She isnt even Country. This is just shameful. Can’t help but to think she is getting a lot of unjust attention and recognition and I think Kanye ultimately helped her. He’s been hated for his stupidity so of course she has been loved for her being the victim. Wynonna Judd was right when she said “it just too early for her (to win artist of the year award) at the CMAs. Put Taylor in the Pop category like she needs to be and let her compete as best she can.
