Comedian/actor Garry Shandling looked completely different, like he has had extensive plastic surgery, on his latest public appearance on David Letterman Monday (October 12). Garry’s features are unrecognizably plastic, which is tragic for a 59 year-old actor. This transformation is even more awful than Bruce Jenner’s (Bruce Jenner Plastic Surgery Before and After Photos).

He’s had a bad lift. There were several shots of him looking over at Paul; you could see the incision scars behind his left ear. He suffers from the Bette syndrome. Did you notice his picture on the DVD box? His eyes were nice and open. Now he can barely see outta them. Just like the Divine Miss M. It’s terrible and sad.
