ESPN executive Vice Presidents Kate Lacey (for marketing) and David Berson (for programming) have been reportedly having a torrid office affair for quite some time. David, who has been nominated the 73rd most powerful man in sports, divorced his wife Jane Berson in March but his relationship with Kate is rumored to be at least a couple years old. It has been said, ESPN is “not really against work relationships because [the headquarters is] so in the middle of nowhere.” That is one of the best excuses ever!
