The competition hasn’t even started yet and there are already two casualties in the sixth season of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ [SYTYCD Season 6 Top 20 Photos + Bios]: 19 year-old Billy Bell, due to an undisclosed illness, and 18 year-old Noelle Marsh.

Billy, a contemporary dancer who is rumored to have mononucleosis, is completely out of the game and has already been replaced by hip-hop dancer Brandon Dumlao. Noelle was given one week to try to recuperate from an ankle injury and if she doesn’t recover she will be replaced by the female dancer who gets eliminated this week.
