Attorney John O’Quinn, best known for cases that draw national attention against a breast implant manufacturer and the tobacco industry, has died in a car accident on Allen Parkway Thursday (October 29).

The 68 year-old attorney was inside a Chevorlet Suburban traveling westbound at a high rate of speed when it jumped the median and slammed into a large tree. It is still not clear if he was driving or the passenger. Another man was also killed in this accident.
