Actor Dennis Hopper was diagnosed with prostate cancer and is currently undergoing treatment at the University of Southern California, according to his manager Sam Maydew. “We’re hoping for the best,” he said.

The 73 year-old was hospitalized with flulike symptoms and released the next day last month. Dennis, who just recently finished filming the second season of ‘Crash’, cancelled all travel and promotional plans to focus on his treatment.
