‘Leave It To Lamas’ is E!’s brand new reality show which follows the wild and crazy life of Lorenzo Lamas and his family, including his intense ex-wife Michele Smith and gorgeous fame-craving daughter Shayne Lamas.

The first pilot episode of the show has already caused controversy due to allegations that Shauna Sand, one of Lorenzo’s ex-wives who was recently involved in a sex tape scandal, slept with her stepson A.J. Lamas (read more details).

Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus met on set of the new movie “The Last Song” (steamy kissing scenes) based on a Nicholas Sparks book with the same title, became really good friends and were caught making out in public a couple months ago (photo).

Miley and Liam have never officially announced they were dating but Miley was well known for tweeting the most cheesy love messages to her ‘secret’ lover before she completely deleted her Twitter account, which spurred outrage among all of her loyal Twitter followers.

Miley’s last tweet read, “FYI Liam doesn’t have a twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason.” After this twitter statement, Miley denied they were dating for the millionth time and tried to make up an excuse about how she was losing precious time tweeting instead of living her life (Miley even rapped about it – watch video at GossipTeen!!).

Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt finally breaks the silence to deny the latest rumors that her funnyman Jamie Kennedy is cheating on her with his ex-girlfriend Shannon Funk (details + photos) and that their relationship is on the rocks.

“I’m not going to lie – it’s not annoying, it’s hurtful. It’s really hurtful that people say that because he is like the most awesome person,” Jennifer told People on Saturday (October 17) at the Children’s Institute Hosts Poker for a Cause in Commerce, California, to benefit co-star Camryn Manheim’s charity (photos below).

Jennifer continues,  “I really hate that people would make it seem like he’s not really a good guy, and not treating me well. He treats me very well. We are just trying to be really happy,” Hewitt says. “It makes it hard to do that when everybody is putting negative energy out there.”

Kennedy, who stood beside Hewitt, added: “I am lucky to be with her. And I love her very much.”

Jennifer and Jamie are happily in love! In fact, Jamie also recently denied the affair rumors, saying the story had been fabricated by an angry former employee who was terminated for cause.

Singer Whitney Houston performed the second single “Million Dollar Bill” off her comeback album titled “I Look To You” on UK’s ‘The X-Factor‘ on Sunday (October 18) – watch updated video below.

Even though everyone is saying Whitney looked high, I actually think it was an energetic performance and that she was really loving and feeling the music. Whitney delivered a fantastic performance and continued to rock the stage even after a minor wardrobe malfunction with her dress strap. Whitney is back!!!

UPDATE: The performance was amazing but according to our sources it seems like the interview afterward was a complete disaster and it was like Whitney “was there in body but not in mind.” (Thanks @jaxheaven)

Jasper Howard, a University of Connecticut football player, was stabbed to death during an on-campus fight after his team’s victory over Louisville on early Sunday (October 18).

The 20 year-old 5-foot-9, 174-pound UConn starting cornerback was pronounced dead when he arrived at the St. Francis Hospital. The perpetrator of the assault is still at large and police ask for anyone with information about the incident to contact the University police.

‘The Hills’ star Stephanie Pratt, who recently revealed she is getting ready to leave the show after the end of the season, was arrested for suspicion of DUI at 3:45 am in Hollywood on Sunday (October 18).

Stephanie’s bail has been set at $5,000 but she is reportedly still in custody. She must be waiting for her hero brother Spencer Pratt and his super wife Heidi Montag to bail her out. (We will update as soon as the infamous mug shot is available)

Mexican pop star Alejandra Guzman, who had confessed to regret opting for plastic surgery to enhance her booty, was hospitalized and underwent a dangerous emergency operation to remove material from her buttocks.

The owner of the clinic where Alejandra had her butt injection is being investigated since they had already been accused of having unqualified employees posing as doctors. The Latin singer, who claimed she risked being paralyzed due to the procedure, wants to raise awareness about the risks of plastic surgery.

The new Verizon Motorola Droid will be available next month but the ads released to promote this new Android 2.0 phone are clearly anti-iPhone. The aggressive advertising campaign is titled “Droid Does” directly attacks iPhone’s vulnerabilities:

“iDon’t have a real keyboard, iDon’t run simultaneous apps, iDon’t take 5-megapixel pictures, iDon’t customize, iDon’t run widgets, iDon’t allow open development, iDon’t take pictures in the dark, iDon’t have interchangeable batteries,

Everything iDon’t, DROID DOES!”

This new phone seems to be another option for those who think iPhone is overrated (iDo!) but I don’t see any real innovation here… my smartphone already does most of that and what it doesn’t do, I don’t really need!

The Motorola Droid is a Google Android 2.0 OS with physical and touch screen keyboards, a 5-megapixel camera, supports flash and supports multi-tasking.

Richard Heene, the father of Falcon Heene aka Balloon Boy, will most probably face charges for making a false report to authorities – a Class 3 misdemeanor – which led the a crazy hot air balloon chase in rescue of the 6 year-old boy believed to be trapped in the strange aircraft.

“We do anticipate at some point in the future, there will be some criminal charges filed with regards to this incident,” Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden said.

However, a misdemeanor “hardly seems serious enough given the circumstances,” the sheriff said.
“We certainly want to talk to FAA officials and federal officials to see if perhaps there aren’t additional federal charges that would be more appropriate in the circumstances than what we’re able to do locally,” he said.

The ‘Balloon Boy’ alleged hoax was revealed when Falcon said on ‘Larry King Live’ that he had done it “for the show” (watch video). The Heene family is also being investigated by child protection services based on reports that the parents “took these children into potentially dangerous situations” with tornado chases, experimental balloons and other activities.

‘Balloon Boy’ Falcon Heene’s father Richard Heene is planning to make a big announcement at a press conference outside his home on Saturday (October 17). Richard is expected to either deny the hoax or finally admit it while a police investigation is still being conducted.

“I’m going to have a press conference out here at, let’s say, 10 a.m.” he told Denver TV station KUSA before dawn Saturday. “I’d like to speak everybody about a few things. Okay? So, it’s a big announcement.”

UPDATED: Richard came out of the house. “News networks interrupt programming to air “major announcement” from balloon boy dad, only to tell reporters to put questions in a box”, according to Breaking News. Balloon Boy’s daddy, who is clearly playing the media, just said, “Absolutely no hoax, put your questions in the box.”
