Legendary Florida State University head coach Bobby Bowden, who met with FSU officials on Monday, will meet with them once more on Tuesday. The two parties will then announce their decision on Wednesday.
Bowden and FSU met on Monday at the school. The school administrators basically gave the 80-year old Bowden two choices according to ESPN:
One option involved returning to the sideline in 2010 but with reduced responsibilities that would give offensive coordinator and coach-in-waiting Jimbo Fisher more authority over coaching staff hirings and changes, a source told ESPN.com.
The other option was to resign. However, Bowden repeated several times on Monday that the decision was his, and his alone.
Bowden has been the Seminoles head coach since 1975. He coached at West Virginia before moving down to Florida.
Coach Bowden was the quarterback at the University of Alabama from 1946-1948.
I believe Bowden will return for another year and will give Fisher more, if not all, of the reigns to the program.

Hilary Clinton and Bill Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea Clinton, and her longtime boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky reportedly got officially engaged on Thanksgiving in New York. The couple sent an e-email to close friends to announce the blissful news and hint there will be a wedding in the summer of 2010.
It read: “We’re sorry for the mass email but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn’t get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc.”
Chelsea and Marc, the son of former Democratic Reps. Ed Mezvinsky and Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinksy, have met when they were still teenagers growing up in Washington D.C. and later both attended the Stanford University.

Tennis star Serena Williams has been fined a record amount of $82,500 and will be on probation for the nest four Grand Slam events because of her unexplainable and unacceptable f-bomb outburst against a line judge at the 2009 US Open (read more details and video).
During this probation period Serena must remain calm, play her game and be a nice girl or else she can get barred from the next US Open and ordered to pay an extra $175,000. OUCH! It won’t be easy for Serena to control her temper!

Actress Reese Witherspoon and actor Jake Gyllenhaal have quickly dismissed the break up rumors, which cited a source close to the couple, via their reps, Nanci Ryder and Carrie Byalick, who said, “It is not true. They are still together.”
Reese and Jake met on the set of the movie ‘Rendition‘ back in 2007 but only officially announced they were dating in the summer of 2008 after months of speculation. Jake is an Oscar nominee and Reese an Oscar-winning actress, who was previously married for seven years with fellow actor Ryan Phillippe with whom she has two children (Deacon, 6, and Ava, 10).

Actor Tom Arnold and girlfriend Ashley Groussman have finally tied the knot in a private ceremony at Shep and Renee Gordon‘s homein Maui on Saturday (November 28).
“I knew that if I could get Ashley to fall in love with me, I’d never have to worry about anything else as long as I lived,” Tom wrote on the couple’s weddingchannel.com page. “I’m the luckiest girl in the world!” Ashley wrote.
Tom and Ashley met through mutual friends back in April 2008 and became engaged at Tom’s 50th birthday party in March 2009. This is Tom’s FOURTH marriage! Congratulations to the newlyweds!!

While Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren are trying to get their stories straight, Florida Highway Patrol is getting tired of being played and is now trying to obtain a search warrant to get access to Tiger’s medical records, which can help them assess if his wounds are consistent with the minor car accident or a case of domestic violence.
Elin first told the cops at the scene that she heard the noise from the crash, came out to see what had happened and went back inside to get a golf club and rescue Tiger. However, she later said she went looking for her husband in a golf cart, saw the accident and used the golf club to break the car window and rescue her husband (Tiger’s car accident photos).
On the other hand, Tiger had supposedly taken prescription meds for pain, which could be evidence of a DUI (Driving Under The Influence). These circumstances can show a crime was committed, which is necessary to obtain the search warrant.
According to TMZ, Tiger told a friend that his wife attacked him after a heated discussion about his alleged affair with Rachel Uchitel (read more details), followed him out of the house with a golf club and struck his car causing him to get distracted and hit the hydrant.
Tiger and Elin have been avoiding the cops, who only wanted to get a statement from Tiger about what had happened that night, raising suspicious that there is something they are desperately trying to hide. If Elin really attacked her husband, she can and will probably be arrested for domestic violence.

Hulk Hogan’s troubled son Nick Hogan was involved in a minor car accident in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday night (November 28). No one was injured but police were called to the scene.
Nick was on his way back home after attending a charity party to raise money for ‘Keep It On The Track’, an organization that teaches people to drive safely. This little accident should be taken in consideration for the civil lawsuit related to a serious car accident Nick had back in August 2007, which left his best friend John Graziano brain dead.

David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach was arrested for DUI after taking a breathalyzer test on Saturday night (November 28). Pamela has been released on a $15,000 bail and she promised to attend an AA meeting on Sunday (Nov 29).
Pamela told TMZ, “I am remorseful and mortified. I am going through a really difficult time between David being in the hospital and dealing with the divorce.” Pamela confessed she tried to comfort her daughters after their father’s hospitalization (read more details) and she ended up having a few drinks later during dinner.

Actor David Hasselhoff was hospitalized and kept in an involuntary psychiatric hold (5150 and 5151) at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after having an alleged alcohol-related seizure on Friday (November 27).

“Paramedics were called to the (address omitted) in Encino for medical aid,” Los Angeles City Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott told RadarOnline.com. “Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient a nearby hospital.”
“I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he’d had a seizure.” Unfortunately, neighbor Christian said, “this isn’t the first time this has happened to him.”
David has reportedly been released after 48 hours. The 57 year-old actor continues to struggle with an alcohol addiction that has been covered up by his PR and legal team. This was not the first time his daughter, Hayley Hasselhoff (photos), had to call 911 to rescue her father. The same thing happened in two different occasions this year.
