Jennifer Lopez is doing absolutely everything she can to block the release of a naughty homemade video, which was shot during her honeymoon with Ojani Noa (photos of JLo and Ojani), and threatened her ex-husband with a lawsuit for violation of their confidentiality agreement.

JLo was granted a temporary restraining order, which can be extended, to stop distribution of their intimate home video footage. “I can’t allow her to keep me from having closure in my life and to move on,” an angry Noa, who claims the movie is about his life as a Cuban immigrant (yeah, right!) told reporters after Tuesday’s restraining order. We are sure Jennifer is loving all this free publicity when she will have an album coming out soon (watch Lola’s “Fresh Out The Oven” video). As for the sex tape – if it really exists, it will come out sooner or later…
