Playgirl posted a teaser picture of Levi Johnston’s nude photo spread that will be featured in an upcoming issue, possibly in December 2009. Levi is all wet, sexy and completely naked (we presume!) in the shower staring at the camera in this beautiful black and white photo. It seems like this photo shoot won’t be as horrible and tacky as we predicted – more photos to come next week! Stay tuned!
