Sara Bostwich is suing her wedding photographer Carolyn Monastra and the studio, Christian Oth Studio, for taking semi-nude pictures of her on her wedding day and then posting them on their website without her permission.

“Monastra took photographs of plaintiff’s person in her underwear and in various stages of undress anyway,” says the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. Sara’s husband found the compromising pictures of his wife two months after the wedding and demanded them to be taken down. The studio had apparently agreed to remove the photos but instead made them private so only users with access code could see them.
