Former Playmate Shauna Sand, who was also recently involved in a legal dispute with Vivid Entertainment over the distribution of her own sex tape, sent former Miss California Carrie Prejean a letter, advising her to work out a very profitable deal with the porn company.

Shauna tells Carrie it is not worth spending thousands of dollars to fight the release of her leaked solo sex tapes (8 sex tapes, 30 nude photos), which will happen whether she likes it or not and with or without her permission.

Carrie’s lawyer, Charles LiMandri, has already threatened Vivid with a lawsuit that includes invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness, public disclosure of private facts and another claim for emotional distress. The lawyer also adds that his client was only 17 years old when some of the videos were shot, which is most likely a big fat lie since the boyfriend who she sent those videos to claims is was of legal age when they met.
