Actress Kate Hudson, who is currently dating Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, and Nicole Kidman presented the Blacked Eyed Peas at the 2009 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre Center in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 22).

They looked wonderful, yes! But Kate was having major issues holding that dress up because she is totally flat and that dress was cut just way too low, which almost led to an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction (photos below).

A-Rod and Kate were caught backstage having a conversation allegedly about her almost nipple slip and he does not approve (photo below). OK! We have no idea what they were talking about but the picture is so funny!
