‘Chef Academy’ star Emmanuel DelCour is a rather famous porn star who went by the name of Jean Val Jean (photos below). Apparently, Bravo totally failed (or not!) during the screening process of candidates for their new reality series which is based on chef Jean-Christophe Novelli‘s move to Los Angeles as he opens a cooking school.

Emmanuel’s not so secret (he even has a Wiki page!) porn past is discussed by fellow contestants in the show’s previews (video below) so Bravo is once again going to use controversial contestants to pimp up their less than interesting reality show. Emmanuel also appeared in an episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ so it’s not like he is even trying to hide his career in straight adult film.
