Tiger Woods Domestic Abuse Scandal: Police Seeks Search Warrant!

While Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren are trying to get their stories straight, Florida Highway Patrol is getting tired of being played and is now trying to obtain a search warrant to get access to Tiger’s medical records, which can help them assess if his wounds are consistent with the minor car accident or a case of domestic violence.

Elin first told the cops at the scene that she heard the noise from the crash, came out to see what had happened and went back inside to get a golf club and rescue Tiger. However, she later said she went looking for her husband in a golf cart, saw the accident and used the golf club to break the car window and rescue her husband (Tiger’s car accident photos).

On the other hand, Tiger had supposedly taken prescription meds for pain, which could be evidence of a DUI (Driving Under The Influence). These circumstances can show a crime was committed, which is necessary to obtain the search warrant.

According to TMZ, Tiger told a friend that his wife attacked him after a heated discussion about his alleged affair with Rachel Uchitel (read more details), followed him out of the house with a golf club and struck his car causing him to get distracted and hit the hydrant.

Tiger and Elin have been avoiding the cops, who only wanted to get a statement from Tiger about what had happened that night, raising suspicious that there is something they are desperately trying to hide. If Elin really attacked her husband, she can and will probably be arrested for domestic violence.

The more Tiger tries to avoid talking to the police the worse the situation gets.

Tiger Woods wife attacked him with his own golf clubs. He ran out of his home bare footed and into his SUV which he later crashed.

If the tables were turned he would have already been accused of domestic violence and his name and reputation dragged through the mud at this point.

Most folks should be sick and tired of the double standard. Women by far attack men vs. the other way around. Women are given a pass to lie about abuse causing many fathers, sons, and brothers to have their lives destroyed in the name of political correctness.

Domestic violence is a cowardly act no matter who does it. The men who truly attack women deserve no mercy. However, until women who lie on men about domestic violence are prosecuted all of our brothers, sons, and fathers are sitting ducks to any woman scorned.

What Mrs. Woods committed was a felony and by law Mr. Woods has no say in whether or not to press charges against her.
