Actor Nicolas Cage might be one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood but he is currently facing major financial problems, owing $6.3 million in back taxes, after being ripped off millions of dollars by his longtime business manager, Samuel J. Levin.

According to a lawsuit filed on October 16, Levin “lined his [own] pockets with several million dollars in business management fees while sending Cage down a path toward financial ruin.”

Cage says he “relied on Levin to handle his financial affairs to ensure that he and his family would have a financially secure future built on the foundation of the substantial monies Cage earned through years of hard work.”

“He is now forced to sell major assets and investments at a significant loss and is faced with huge tax liabilities because of Levin’s incompetence, misrepresentations and recklessness,” the lawsuit alleges.

You can’t really trust anyone these days, especially when you have too much money! Levin started working for the actor back in 2001, but Nicolas claimed he only recently learned how bad is financial situation was and has already started selling several properties.

CBS sportscaster Jim Nantz was ordered to pay his ex-wife Lorrie Nantz $864,000 a year in alimony until she marries again, if she ever decides to get married again, after admitting to having an affair with a 29 year-old woman (read more details).

Jim will also have to pay $1,000 a week in child support for their 15-year-old daughter for the next two years. Lorrie won’t be homeless since she gets to keep their modest Westport mansion.

The Gators strong win against Georgia this week seemed to sway many voters that were on the Florida/Bama fence.  This could change this upcoming weekend if the Crimson Tide can manhandle the LSU Tigers.  The Tigers could leap frog into the Top 5 if they could pull off the upset.

Oregon broke into the Top 5 after their spanking of USC over the weekend.  The only blemish on their record is an opening game loss to Boise State.

The race for the National Championship continues to be a three-team race at this point between Florida, Alabama, and Texas.

Actress Lindsay Lohan, who was apparently still mourning the end of her relationship with Samantha Ronson, hooked up with actor Gerard Butler at the launch of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort in Morocco this weekend.

According to the Mirror, Lindsay lured Gerard to the dance floor and “put her Trilby on his head, turned up his collar and started dirty dancing”. The two ended up flirting and making out in a corner.

Lindsay reportedly said, “He’s hot, he’s mine! I’ve got no ring on my finger so I’m gonna have lots of fun. This is the most romantic place in the world after all.” The actress looked happy and the two were seen leaving the party in a golf cart. What happened next? It was probably X-rated!

Lindsay is officially looking for a real man but not any man – she is hunting for an older man, stable, more experienced and some gray hairs are definitely charming. Last month, it was Balthazar Getty (photos) and now it’s Gerard Butler? Those are some real odd pairings!

Actress Kate Hudson is the hot cover girl for the latest issue of ELLE Magazine (December 2009). The 30 year-old did not escape questions about her relationship with Alex Rodriguez (details + photos) but claims the engagement rumors are absolutely ridiculous.

She told Elle: “Did you know that it was this one, on my right hand? I hear about this and I’m like “Why would I even respond? What would I say if you’re going to lie about something ridiculous?” And if you really did your job, you’d look at the pictures taken that day and realize [the ring] was on my right hand.”

Kate revealed she completely stopped drinking, something she enjoys, to lose weight for her new movie project, in which she plays a terminally ill woman who falls in love with her doctor: “I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I’m not sure I’ve ever done that!”

The actress also admits to love being a girl, dressing up, the rituals of facials and body treatments plus she is not afraid of Botox. As an actress we think Kate should avoid the expressionless Botox face, but for her it is more like a gift from the cosmetic gods. Kate said, “Everyone’s so obsessed with who gets Botox, but it’s great! Are you kidding? The fact that women can avoid going under the knife and get a little Botox treat and not have to worry about it? I’m glad it’s there for when it’s time.”

Jessica Simpson is a lion when it comes to protect her little sister Ashlee Simpson. Jessica took to her Twitter to trash CW’s ‘Melrose Place’ claiming the scripts are crap. The singer, who is desperately looking for her dream guy, used to promote the show and tell everyone to watch it but after her sister was fired she completely changed the tone.

Jessica tweeted, “CW catching up on MP.who writes this crap?i have had bad scripts to work with,but this?thank God my sister is amazing and got you some press.”

Although Ashlee is a good name if you want publicity, the producers of the show quickly learned that the red hot MILF just couldn’t act. “They hired her because they needed a good name to help create buzz,” a set insider told Us Weekly. “But she was embarrassingly bad. Producers cut her down as much as possible.”

Ashlee did handle it like a lady releasing a statement saying it had been a thrill to work on ‘Melrose Place’ and that she knew the end of her character was imminent. The bad news is Ashlee wants to pursue an acting career because she wants something more stable to be able to spend more time with her baby boy Bronx and hubby Pete Wentz.

TLC’s reality star Kate Gosselin opened up during an intimate revealing interview where no topics were off limits with Natalie Morales for TLC’s special ‘Kate: Her Story’ which aired on Monday (November 2) – watch videos below.

Surprisingly, Kate admitted she does not blame Jon Gosselin for the divorce and apologized for the way she treated him but claims the show had nothing to do with what happened. Kate feels TLC gave her an opportunity to earn her money, spend a lot of time with the kids and to take advantage of the trips and experiences the show provided.

“I was very hard on him and I would never deny that,” she added. “I felt very much like a lot of weight rested on my shoulders. I was wrong to treat him that way. Was it good, healthy and wonderful? No. Am I proud of those moments that were captured? No,” Kate said.

Kate also confessed she has trouble sleeping because she can’t really trust anyone. “When you look around, and very close trusted people who would never cash you in, for lack of better words, and those people do that and people leave your house and tell completely different stories, you tend not to trust people,” she said.

The mother-of-eight denies having an affair with her bodyguard Steve Neild (read more details + photos) and still has a difficult time accepting that her ex-husband is dating Hailey Glassman, who she briefly met a couple of years ago. As for the future, Kate wants to stay positive for the sake of her kids, “I have learned to focus on the positive, to take what crumbles around me and find one good thing and hold on to it.”

In conclusion, Kate still has feelings for Jon! He will always be the father of her children. Kate hopes they will overcome the anger and finally be able to talk like adults. “It’s hard to be married to somebody for 10 years and try to say, ‘No, I don’t love them anymore.’ I love the memories we have together, the good times.”

Said Kate, “I would love to get to point where he can put his anger aside… The anger in me isn’t as raw as it once was. I would love to get to a point that we can converse like two adults. I am sure we will get there.” This was an honest interview, we hope Kate and Jon can resolve their issues in private like grown ups.

Singer Rihanna will speak up for the first time about the tragic night that completely changed her life when she was beaten by her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in a tell-all interview for ‘Good Morning America’ on Thursday (November 5), which will be extended into a ‘20/20’ special titled ‘Rihanna: Her Story’ on Friday (November 6).

Rihanna confessed to Diane Sawyer that Chris was her first big love and if it happened to her it can happen to anyone. The best she can do is try to move on by speaking out, telling her story, and hopefully set a good example to other women dealing with domestic abuse.

“I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears,” the “Russian Roulette” singer recalls in the interview for Glamour. “That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard.”

Both Chris Brown and Rihanna are coming out with new projects. Chris’ new album ‘Graffiti’ (see ridiculous album cover) will drop December 15, while Rihanna’s fourth album ‘Rated R’ comes out November 23. The first single out her new album ‘Russian Roulette’ premiered last month (photos + audio).

Chris Brown is back with a new album and he was pretty excited to share the cover art for ‘Graffiti’ with his fans exclusively on Twitter. The first single is ‘I Can Transform Ya‘ (watch video here). We are puzzled with the cover for this album! And we thought Adam Lambert’s ‘For Your Entertainment’ cover was bad… well, it is!

There is too much going on ‘Graffiti’ that makes absolutely no sense like, for example, a guitar on Chris’ shoulder. So instead of it looking cool and futurist, it comes out as confused and absurd.
