The restraining order obtained in November 2008 prohibited Steven, who has been stalking the actress since 2002, of even trying to contact the actress in any way and ordered him to stay 100 yards away from Jen, her husband Ben Affleck and their daughter Violet Affleck. The couple welcomed another baby girl, Seraphina Affleck, ealier this year, who is not yet covered by the court order.
