Only in Tennessee! Hayden Wright is following in his father’s footsteps. The four-year old Tennessee boy has run afoul of the law after getting drunk on a cold Bud Light beer and going on a crime spree in a little girl’s Christmas dress he had stolen.

Hayden had to have his stomach pumped, but not before he got drunk, escaped from his house, broke into a neighbor’s house, stole five Christmas gifts, before he was found by a neighbor on the street, holding the Bud Light, wearing a brown little girl’s dress that he had unwrapped from one of the presents he had stolen.

Hayden’s mom April Wright believes he is simply trying to act out and get in trouble so he can get to see his father.

“He runs away trying to find his father. He wants to get in trouble so he can go to jail because that’s where his daddy is.”

The 4-year old got the beer out of his grandfather’s cooler in the back of the house. He also successfully snuck out of the house. His mother seems a bit embarrassed to have to be talking about the incident to reporters, but she doesn’t seem to be taking much responsibility for it either. She clearly stated this is not the first time it has happened.

She needs to find a way to deadbolt the doors, even with an interior keylock to prevent something even more tragic happening to Hayden. It also might be smart to hide the beer. I hear one has to acquire a taste for drinking beer, so I have a feeling it is not the first time lil’ Hayden has popped open a 6-pack.
