MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” judge Shane Sparks was arrested earlier this morning (December 18) on a felony warrant and has been charged with nine accounts of child molestation. Shane is currently being held on $590,000 bail.

According to criminal complaint, the child molestation incidents, which included oral sex and other acts “with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim],” an underage girl, began in 1994.
