Vanessa Hudgens Sues Site Over Naked Leaked Photos
Disney star Vanessa Hudgens is suing our friends at MoeJackson.com for posting and refusing to take down her “personal”, “self-portrait” photographs which were taken on a cell phone in a private home. The lawsuit claims “The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens’ knowledge or consent.”
Curiously, the suit doesn’t mention if the photos involve nudity, but, YES, the photos in question are part of the second round of naked leaked pictures of the ‘High School Musical’ star. Vanessa, who registered the nude pictures with the US Copyright Office, is asking for the photos to be taken down and she also wants damages… OF COURSE!
Vanessa should be more concerned about persecuting whoever leaked her personal photos than suing gossip blogs for publishing them. There is always the possibility she already knows who leaked the naked pictures but she can’t legally sue… anyway, what I mean is Vanessa should just worry about her frozen acting career!
