Hailey Glassman was questioned about the note found on Jon Gosselin’s Manhattan apartment that they previously shared after it was completely vandalized by some “sick perpetrator” with a butcher knife on Saturday (December 26) – read more details. Hailey moved out of the apartment last week after a succession of altercations between her and Jon, who she accused of stealing her rent money.

The note found was signed Hailey. Jon’s former girlfriend has apparently already confessed to have written that note but denied to have anything to do with the damages on the apartment. The cops continued to investigate Hailey possible role in this incident by talking to her parents. According to Hailey’s lawyers, Jon is involved in a big publicity stunt to frame his former lover and clean his public image. I cannot possibly imagine how he could ever do that… anyway, Hailey’s lawyer cautiously stated, “There are no charges against Hailey. I don’t think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime. It appears that somebody, and I don’t know who that might be, or what their motive might be, is framing her. The detectives are still working on it.”

Jon’s team is telling another story. They clearly pointed fingers at Hailey, saying that she was the only one with a key to the apartment and that the security video will prove that she is responsible for trashing and shredding the place with a knife. Jon’s lawyer said, “Jon feels like he was raped. Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that.”
