The restraining order obtained in November 2008 prohibited Steven, who has been stalking the actress since 2002, of even trying to contact the actress in any way and ordered him to stay 100 yards away from Jen, her husband Ben Affleck and their daughter Violet Affleck. The couple welcomed another baby girl, Seraphina Affleck, ealier this year, who is not yet covered by the court order.

As if eleven mistresses and counting weren’t enough trouble for golfer Tiger Woods to handle at the moment, his Canadian doctor, Anthony Galea, is suspected of providing his athletes with performance-enhancing drugs. Dr. Galea was arrested after being caught transporting human growth hormones and Actovegin (a drug extracted from calf’s blood) across the US-Canadian border on October 15, 2009.

The FBI is currently conducting an investigation based on Galea’s medical records, which reportedly included several professional athletes. Dr. Galea denies the accusations, saying none of those athletes were taking performance-enhancing drugs but he is developing a new platelet-rich plasma therapy to speed the post-surgery recovery process.

Tiger reportedly submitted himself to this new treatment at least four times in February and March as he was having trouble recovering from his June 2008 knee surgery. Dr. Galea’s rep told Tiger is not involved in this case: “I would really ask that you guys don’t write this? If Tiger is NOT implicate, and won’t be, let’s please give the kid a break.” Tiger may have nothing to do with this but his reputation is completely damaged – if he cheats on his wife, why wouldn’t he cheat on golf? Elin, who was recently spotted pumping gas without her huge wedding ring (photos below), is planning to move back to Sweden but doesn’t want to brutally take the children away from their father, so they are all spending one last Christmas together.

Actress Kate Hudson and Yankees star Alex Rodriguez have reportedly broken up after dating for several months (Kate and Alex kissing photos). Alex apparently didn’t need any time to mourn the end of their relationship and was already seen partying/flirting with different women in Miami over the weekend.

One Miami insider tells HollywoodLife, “A-Rod was at The Wall [at the W Hotel South Beach] on Friday and Saturday. The real story is that he was surrounded by girls.”

And on Saturday Dec. 12, A-Rod was at the Delano Hotel with his good pal Ingrid Cesares. One source says, “He had his arm around a dark haired woman,” while another dished, “he was hitting on different girls at the dinner. He had a lot of fun! All of Miami was abuzz all weekend with the news that A-Rod was with flirting with women.”

Former bartender Brian Kimbrough, claims Tiger incessantly called his ex-girlfriend to plan steamy sexual encounters which led to the end of his relationship with the waitress. Tiger and Julie reportedly met back in 2004 and their relationship continued even after the golfer tied the knot with Elin Nordegren.

Julie, who deceived her boyfriend telling she had no relationship with Tiger, is now asking for his cell phone records because she used one of his phones to text and plan hook ups with Tiger.  Julie gave Tiger the name ID of ‘Mr. Brightside’ (song by the rock band The Killers and features lyrics about a jealous male lover).

Brian told the NY Post, “She said she wasn’t pursuing it but [that] she couldn’t stop [Woods] from calling. She’d tell me he’d call, invite her out to dinner, invite her to play golf, invite over to his house.”

“She said she wasn’t going, but now that I look back, I’m sure she was . . . And when she called me for the phone records, she admitted it.”

“One time, her phone rang, and it said a weird name on it — ‘Mr. Brightside,’ ” Kimbrough said. “And I was like, ‘What the hell is this?’ She grabbed the phone, smiled and said it was Tiger but didn’t answer it. But she played me the voice mail. It said, ‘Hey, it’s Tiger, just seeing how you’re doing. Give me a call.’ “

Brian also said that Tiger offered money to Julie to leave her boyfriend and start a new life. The mother of Julie’s roommate, Morgan Coles, reveals that Julie also used her daughter’s phone to contact Tiger.

“Tiger was obsessed, really hunted her,” Nola Coles said. “He used to go into Roxy demanding Julie. ‘Where’s Julie? I want to see Julie.’

“She was 20, and I said, ‘You’ve got to get a condo out of this,’ ” the mother said, “and she said, ‘Oh, no, I can’t do that to Tiger.’ “

Julie is trying to gather all cell phone records to finally sell her story of an affair with Tiger to the highest bidder. However, her lawyer Michael O’Quinn refused to comment when asked about his client’s story.
