‘One Tree Hill’ star Jana Rae Kramer and her boyfriend Johnathon Schaech, who was previously married to actress Christina Applegate, officially got engaged during the holidays.

Johnathon, who met Jana on set of the 2008 thriller “Prom Night”, proposed in his hometown of Edgewood, Maryland, on December 22. “It was the best present ever,” Johnathon said. “It was the happiest moment of my life. Actress Angelina Jolie reportedly claimed that fidelity is not really essential in a relationship and monogamy is completely overrated if both partners agree that is not the path they want to follow. Angelina currently lives with the father of her six children, actor Brad Pitt.

Angelina told Das Neue magazine: “I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship. It’s worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards. Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other.”

Despite their open relationship, both Brad and Angeline get fiery at home and things get a bit out of hand but nothing that cannot be solved with good sex… Angie didn’t exactly say that but we are just assuming some basic preposition here – Angie and Brad are both hot sex bombs!!

Angelina said, “The sparks fly at home if the nice Brad fails to see that he’s wrong and reacts in a defiant way. Then I can get so angry that I tear his shirt.” These two just have some much fun together! They are the perfect couple!

Former Supermodel Tyra Banks announced the end of her Emmy-winning daytime talk show “The Tyra Show” after five amazing seasons in the Spring of 2010. Tyra wants to pursue other dreams like launching her own film production company, Bankable Studios, aiming to bring “positive images of women to the big screen”.

“This will be the last season of The Tyra Show,” Banks tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years. My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are.”

“There’s a lot cooking right now and a lot of fire burning in my heart,” Banks writes in an open letter on her website. “And I salute you my amazing family of viewers; without you there never would have been a Tyra Show. I really love you all.”

UPDATE: JFK Picture Fake? Playboy 1967 Photo Spread Hoax!

An old photo of President John F. Kennedy, who was a Senator at the time, sunbathing on the deck of a boat with several naked women taken in the mid-50s has finally been revealed to the world (details photos below). According to TMZ experts, who conducted several tests to assess the authenticity of the photo, this is the real deal and everything points that it was, in fact, JFK captured in the picture.

We believe the photo was taken in the mid-1950s. It shows two naked women jumping off the boat and two more naked women sunning on the top deck. Just below the top deck — a man appearing to be John F. Kennedy is laying on a deck, sunning himself.

Professor Jeff Sedlik, a forensic photo expert, says the print appears to be authentic. Sedlik says the photo is printed on paper consistent with what was used in the 1950s. The emulsion on the surface of the print has numerous cracks — the result of aging and handling.

An unidentified man, owner of a car dealership on the East coast, has kept this photo “hidden” in the drawer for years and after he died 10 years ago one of his sons inherit the picture that could have changed world history if it had come out when JFK ran for President in 1960.

According to several reports, John F. Kennedy, his brother Ted Kennedy and Senator George Smathers were enjoying a 2-week Mediterranean boating trip back in August, 1956, when Jackie Kennedy, who was pregnant at the time, was rushed to the hospital and subjected to an emergency C-section, giving birth to a stillborn daughter.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and her husband, Spurs star Tony Parker, are big fans of the movie “Grease” with John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. Well, at least Eva is! So Tony decided they would have some fun spoofing the famous “Summer Nights” with some friends (watch video below).

Tony posted the video on his website and challenged fans to do their own spoofs and send them the videos, which they will personally watch to pick up a winner, who will fly to San Antonio, Texas, to watch a Spurs game. You can send your videos until January 31 HERE.

Hailey Glassman was questioned about the note found on Jon Gosselin’s Manhattan apartment that they previously shared after it was completely vandalized by some “sick perpetrator” with a butcher knife on Saturday (December 26) – read more details. Hailey moved out of the apartment last week after a succession of altercations between her and Jon, who she accused of stealing her rent money.

The note found was signed Hailey. Jon’s former girlfriend has apparently already confessed to have written that note but denied to have anything to do with the damages on the apartment. The cops continued to investigate Hailey possible role in this incident by talking to her parents. According to Hailey’s lawyers, Jon is involved in a big publicity stunt to frame his former lover and clean his public image. I cannot possibly imagine how he could ever do that… anyway, Hailey’s lawyer cautiously stated, “There are no charges against Hailey. I don’t think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime. It appears that somebody, and I don’t know who that might be, or what their motive might be, is framing her. The detectives are still working on it.”

Jon’s team is telling another story. They clearly pointed fingers at Hailey, saying that she was the only one with a key to the apartment and that the security video will prove that she is responsible for trashing and shredding the place with a knife. Jon’s lawyer said, “Jon feels like he was raped. Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that.”

Actor Charlie Sheen reportedly threatened his wife Brooke Mueller with a deadly weapon, a knife, during their booze-fueled argument on Christmas morning (December 25).

Since then Brooke has changed her story possibly due to pressure from Charlie’s “damage control” team. But the truth is she has a restraining order against her husband at least until his next court appearance on February 8, 2010. It should be interesting to see how this story enfolds…
