Donald Trump’s ex-wife Ivana Trump, who recently separated from her husband Rossano Rubicondi, was escorted out of an airplane by the police after throwing a fit when they were getting ready to take off from Palm Beach in Florida on Saturday (December 26).

Ivana, who was sitting in first class, started to get really upset when some kids on the plane got loud and started running up and down the aisle (just being normal kids!). She ended up cursing in front of the kids, and, finally completely lost her mind when flight attendants tried to calm her down.

Cops politely asked her to get up and leave the plane. Ivana refused and was escort off but she was lucky to not get arrested or charged for this incident. The kids were probably scared by grandma’s insane antics… Poor kids!

Brooke Mueller has a restraining order against her husband, actor Charlie Sheen, after a heated argument that put him behind bars on Christmas morning. This mandatory order, which prevents Charlie from contacting his wife, except through his lawyer, prevails until the case is resolved. [Charlie Sheen Mug Shot]

Brooke, who was reportedly spending some time away from her husband, remains in Aspen, Colorado, while Charlie flew to Los Angeles right after he was released from jail on Friday night. Charlie and Brooke’s marriage, which had been deteriorating for the past months, is now damaged beyond repair. Brooke wants to file for divorce.

Reality TV daddy Jon Gosselin was completely shocked when he entered his Manhattan apartment, which is listed under his name and his former girlfriend Hailey’s name, to discovered it had been literally cut to pieces by someone using a butcher knife on Saturday (December 26).

The knife was stuck through a note on Jon’s bedroom dresser in which he was called a “cheater” and Hayley Glassman’s name was signed at the bottom. This doesn’t mean Hailey did it but whoever did has a sick sense of humor. Jon’s “shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings” were slashed by a “sick perpetrator”, who took his television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game, dishes, pots and pans.

Jon’s attorney also claims that a Ming vase that was believed to be over a hundred years old was smashed to pieces. The crime scene was promptly fingerprinted and photographed by NYPD and Jon wants felony charges to be brought against the vandal.

Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller, who called 911 accusing her husband of domestic violence after a heated argument which led to his arrest on Christmas morning, is now telling another story. Charlie reportedly said they were arguing about Brooke’s, the mother of his twins, Bob and Max, partying lifestyle and she went ballistic when her motherhood skills were questioned. Now it seems like Brooke recant her story after a conversation with Charlie’s reps, who are apparently just doing “damage control” and pressured her to do it.

Brooke and Charlie are not happy in this marriage and Brooke is seriously considering filing for divorce, but Team Charlie wants to save this marriage to prevent it from doing even more damage in the actor’s reputation. Brooke’s friends claim she is not a bad wife, bad mother and crazy as Charlie’s “damage control” team are making her out to be.

University of Florida Gators head coach Urban Meyer resigned today as head coach of the Gators due to described ‘health concerns.’

“I have given my heart and soul to coaching college football and mentoring young men for the last 24-plus years and I have dedicated most of my waking moments the last five years to the Gator football program,” Meyer, 45, said in statement. “I have ignored my health for years, but recent developments have forced me to reevaluate my priorities of faith and family.

“After consulting with my family, Dr. Machen, Jeremy Foley and my doctors, I believe it is in my best interest to step aside and focus on my health and family.”

The news has come as a major shocker to Gator fans and college football.  No word yet on exactly what is wrong with Urban’s health.

He will coach his last game for the Gators in the Sugar Bowl against Cincinnati.

Northwest Flight 253 passenger Jasper Schuringa might have prevented the worst when he tackled Umar Farouk Abdul Matallab stopping him from further igniting a small exploding device that he has between his legs inside the plane with 278 passengers and 11 crew members (read more details) on Christmas Day (December 25).

Jasper, a Dutch “Go With The Flow” Productions, video director, claims the passengers heard a loud popping sound. “Everybody got a little bit startled,” he said. “After a few seconds or so … there was … kind of a flamish light and there was fire” and people around the immediate area began to panic. Then they saw fire and Jasper looked closer to see a burning object between the suspect’s legs. “I pulled the object from him and tried to extinguish the fire with my hands and threw it away,” Jasper said.

Jasper claims Umar was unresponsive: “He was staring into nothing.” The passenger pulled the alleged terrorist out of his chair and dragged in on the floor. The fire was extinguished and Umar was handcuffed while Jasper was applauded by other passengers for his braveness when he returned to his seat. “My hands are pretty burned. I am fine,” Jasper said. “I am shaken up. I am happy to be here.”

A 23 year-old Nigerian man identified as Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab ignited a small explosive device  aboard the Northwest flight 253 from Amsterdam, Netherlands, right before landing at the Detroit Metro Airport in Michigan on Friday (December 25). This incident on an inbound international flight has been described as an attempted terrorist attack (photos below).

Cabin crew and a brave passenger named Jasper Schuringa subdued and isolated the suspected terrorist who was taken into custody and is currently being treated for second and third degree burns on his thighs due to the explosion of the small device in his lap.

Umar, who claims to have extremist ties and who initially flew into Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam from Lagos, Nigeria, said the explosive device “was acquired in Yemen along with instructions as to when it should be used.” The device was already sent to Quantico, Virginia, for analysis.

Despite his allegations, Umar is believed to be working alone since there was found no connection to organized terrorist groups. In fact, Umar’s father, Alhaji Umaru Mutallab, a Nigerian banker, who alerted US authorities to his son’s extreme religious views months ago, was shocked that his son was even allowed to fly to the US. Someone wasn’t paying attention!

Singer Mary J. Blige was caught on tape punching her husband, Kendu Isaacs, in the face drawing blood because she thought he was flirting with a waitress at her new album “Stronger With Each Tear” release party at the M2 club on Tuesday night (December 22) – watch video below.

“She turned to him and was screaming, ‘You’re not going to ruin my night,’ ” an eyewitness says. “They got up in each other’s faces before someone tried to separate them, at which point she shoved the guy aside, pulled back and popped [Isaacs] in the face.”

The source adds, “She was yelling at him, ‘What are you gonna do, Chris Brown me?’ Four of her bodyguards and two of the club’s kept them apart.”

Kendu ended up being kicked out of the club while Mary reportedly fixed her hair and make-up in the bathroom. The incident ruined the party, making special guests like Jay-Z, Beyonce and Busta Rhymes very uncomfortable. Actor Charlie Sheen, Denise Richard’s ex-husband, was arrested for an alleged domestic violence incident involving his wife, Brooke Mueller, in Aspen, Collorado, on Christmas day (December 25). Brooke, who later registered a 0.13 in blood alcohol tests, called 911 at 9:34 am.

When the cops arrived they arrested Charlie for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, which is all related to a “domestic violence component”. Charlie’s rep said, “Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.”

Charlie apparently told the authorities Brooke was the aggressor and that he was just trying to defend himself the best her could. Charlie was presented to a judge and has been released from the Pitkin County Jail on $8,500 bond. He will return to court on February 8, 2010.

I just wanted to take a quick break from my Christmas day to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas.  I hope, that if nothing else, that today has been a time for all to share with friends and family.

Close friends and family paid the last tribute to Brittany Murphy, who tragically died on Sunday (December 20), in a private ceremony at the Church of the Hills at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Christmas Eve (December 24).

The funeral service attended by approximately 25 people started at 2:45 pm. Several friends remembered Brittany as someone who “brought sunshine” into their lives and “made them fly”. Her husband Simon Monjack thanked everyone for coming and said, “She was always grateful for everything. She’d always want you to celebrate her life.” And celebrate was exactly what they did, tearful at this unexplained abrupt goodbye, with songs from Chet Atkins’ “My Funny Valentine” to Brittany’s own rendition of Charlie Chaplin‘s “Smile”.

The burial service started at 5:30 pm in the Bright Eternity section of the memorial park. There are no photos of the actual services since it was private and only for a small number of people mourning the loss of a loved one but we have some photos of friends and family gathering to attend the actress’ funeral below. The family promised a bigger memorial service next year.
