American Idol Season 7 contestant Jason Castro and his longtime girlfriend Mandy Mayhall finally tied the knot in a private ceremony in his hometown near Dallas on Saturday (January 2, 2009) – wedding pictures below.

The Idol tweeted, “Yesterday I married the girl of my dreams… It couldn’t have been more perfect! Now, honeymoooon!!! ” Jason had revealed they got engaged on Halloween while they were dressed as The Beauty and the Beast (photo below). Aww! So romantically cute!

Jason, who will released his EP “The Love Uncompromised “ on January 12 but is also working on a debut album with the precious help of Kara DioGuardi in the spring, had a pre-New Year’s Eve bachelor party which included “Bowling Poker and pool all in the same room!” So Jason has done nothing but party all week. Congratulations to the newlyweds!!
