Loleini Tonga, Chris Henry’s Fiancee, Speaks Out On ESPN (VIDEO)
Loleini Tonga, the fiancée of the Cincinnati Bengals star Chris Henry, who jumped off her moving yellow pick-up truck and died as a result of his injuries on December 17 (read more details), spoke up for the first time about the tragic incident in an exclusive interview for ESPN’s “Outside The Lines” (watch video below).
Loleini revealed that Chris jump from the truck but not with the intention of killing himself. Loleini said, “I think he thought maybe he was gonna land … he was gonna land right? He wouldn’t want to be gone away from his kids.” When asked why she didn’t stop the car before he jumped, Loleini told, “I was gonna stop, but there was nowhere to stop on that road.” Chris was only 26 years old.
