Kate Gosselin New Long Hair Extentions Look On People Cover (Jan 2010)
Mother-of-Eight Kate Gosselin, who is rumored to be getting her own dating show, debuts a brand new softer look courtesy of celeb stylist Ted Gibson on People Magazine cover.
“It’s good to have hair again,” Kate told People. “I never thought I’d have short hair for as long as I did. I feel like this is a fresh start, a fresh me, a fresh life.” Kate wants to start brand new after finally getting a divorce from her husband Jon Gosselin. “I’ve got to get my kids back on track, my career back on track and my family back on track,” she said.
“I got phone calls from my friends congratulating me,” she told the mag. “But I felt like, ‘You’re congratulating me on a failed marriage?’ I knew what they were getting at, because I am starting over and cutting ties from something that was really dragging me down, but it was a rough day. I wasn’t prepared for the intensity of the emotion involved.”
Kate confessed now that “Jon & Kate Plus 8” is over money is an issue but she is excited to start a new year with a new self, new goals and, now, new hair. She looks great with long hair – it makes her look more mommy!!

She may look great to SOME, but she’s still a very ugly person inside. She doesn’t buy milk for her kids because it’s sooooo “expensive” but she can live in a mansion, with a full staff of helpers, get fake boobs, cosmetic surgery, hair extensions and $400 shoes? Glad to see the business of Child Exploitation is working for her….and they don’t even get milk.
Her look does NOT make her look more “mommy”…makes her look more “Hollywood” which is the style I’m sure she’s going for….since she considers herself a celebrity

I agree with Robin. She is still the same inside. Let’s see how many men want to be with her now. I have always felt sorry for the children. They should, like she says all the time, be her first priority! Every woman needs a personal life without her children, now she needs to get one. I was a single mother of 2 sons, but I never had the fame and money to have all that she has. I did the best I could do for my sons and tried to give them the best life. They turned out to be wonderful, loving husbands and fathers. These children of Jon and Kate may have difficuties in their lives. I pray that they don’t. Good luck Gosselin Children!!
AMEN Robin! That is definitely NOT a mommy look. After watching her interviews and now seeing this “makeover”… obviously the main thing she is interested in is personal fame. It’s Bazaar!
I LOVE Kate’s new look, but I loved her old look as well! Kate’s kids are well provided for (milk and otherwise). I can’t wait to see what she does next!!!
