Singer/actress Mariah Carey made a fool of herself when she went on stage to give her acceptance speech for the award of “Breakthrough Actress” for her role in the movie “Precious” at the Palm Spring International Film Festival on Tuesday (January 5). Mariah was so totally wasted… it was just too embarrassing!!
