Chris Golightly Disqualified, Replaced By Tim Urban On American Idol Top 24

The ninth season of “American Idol”, which is Simon Cowell’s last season, premieres tonight (January 12), but there is one contestant who you will want to keep an eye on. Chris Golightly, who refers to himself as the “Orphan”, has impressed the judges with his amazing voice and has already won his ticket to Hollywood.

Chris is featured in a promo for the new season and he is truly an inspiration. Chris confessed he was raised in various foster homes and turned to music at the early age of six years old because it was a way for him to be able to tell his story and express himself.

don’t be fooled by chris golightly..he may seem like the innocent orphan that wants you to feel sorry for him for your votes..truth is he just wants to get ahead in life using his story for your sympathy..i should know he has done that trick on me and he got me good..he may say he’s changed and is more truthful now but i don’t believe him..he is a very good liar and a con artist..for somebody who was an orphan he should appreciate what people do for him..but all he does is think about himself..he’s a hypocrite..he auditioned last year and lied his whole way through the auditions..but best of wishes if you want someone like him to be your american idol..

So..watched his audition and still the same old chris..his whole act on tv was so not sincere at all..not heart felt or truthful..wanted to be loved? ha! came out the door no real excitement at making it..i go with simon and katy’s small “y”’s..so many other singers on the show that are way better than him..he won’t make it far..
