The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien has sadly come to an end and Jay Leno will take over once again. Conan ended his reign as Tonight Show host joining Will Ferrell and his real-life wife, Swedist actress Viveca Paulin, in an amazing hippie-style performance of “Freebird” on Friday (January 22) – watch video below.
