“Heroes” star Adrian Pasdar, who is married to Dixie Chicks’ Natalie Maines, was arrested for suspicion of DUI at 2:59am after being caught going more than 90 mph and swerving on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles on Wednesday (January 27).

When the cops stopped Adrian, they smelled alcohol and conducted a field sobriety test but the actor refused to take a breathalyzer. Adrian was arrested and booked and later released on a $15,000 bail. (we will update with mug shot as soon as it’s available.)
