The beautiful Beyonce on the red carpet before the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.  Was her fashion selection here a hit or miss?

I can see this vote going either way…personally I think it’s borderline. It’s classy yet still sexy, for that I’d vote ‘HOT.’
