If it weren’t for Lady GaGa then Rihanna would lay title to being the oddest creature in pop music.  Her latest album, Rated R, could also easily describe her fashion tonight at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Party at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

The dress by Viktor and Rolf should have never left Liberace’s imagination.
