Students at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville are a bit miffed at Lane Kiffin’s decision to leave the school after a single season to become the head coach at USC.
The famed rock on the UT campus got a fresh coat of paint tonight (Dan the Man Reynolds style).

Lane Kiffin is leaving the University of Tennessee Vols after one disappointing season to become the head coach of the USC Trojans.
Vols fans, that were laughing at Florida Gators coach Urban Meyer for his retirement and quick unretirement, were dealt the tragic dose of karma late Tuesday night.
Kiffin is reportedly taking assistant coaches Monte Kiffin (his father), Ed Orgeron, and others.
The USC job came open on Monday when heralded Trojans coach Pete Carroll accepted the head coaching job of the Seattle Seahawks. He left the Trojans with the NCAA hot on the heals of the program.
Many feel probation for the USC football team will happen sooner than later.
I am not a fan of the Vols or of the word hip word “douche,” but Lane Kiffin is a douche!
The woman above (pictured) is likely the reason for Lane’s turncoat decision to leave the Vols…his wife Layla Kiffin, a Southern California girl (more photos of Layla K).

Chris Golightly, who refers to himself as the “Orphan”, has impressed the judges with his amazing voice and has already won his ticket to Hollywood.

Actress Cybill Shepherd’s 22 year-old son, Cyrus Zacharia Shepherd-Oppenheim, was arrested on theft charges at Philadelphia’s airport on Tuesday (January 12) after trying to rob sleeping passengers on an overnight flight from San Francisco to Philadelphia.
Cyrus, who reportedly stole a digital camera, U.S. currency, a leather cosmetics bag and another small piece of luggage, was charged with two counts of theft for unlawfully taking and receiving stolen goods. Cyrus, who was travelling back to school at the University of Pennsylvania following the winter break, is the son of the actress and chiropractor Bruce Oppenheim, who divorced back in 1989.

“The Tonight Show” host Conan O’Brien wrote an open letter to officially announce that he will quit the show if NBC decides to put it after Jay Leno in another time slot. Conan says, “The Tonight Show at 12:05 simply isn’t The Tonight Show,” and blames NBC for never giving him the chance of building a lasting audience.

Former “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star Jon Gosselin has fallen in love with a 25 year-old woman named Morgan Christie, who he met in Utah during his Thanksgiving ski resort vacation, shortly after dumping/or being dumped by Hailey Glassman.
The father-of-eight really knows how to pick them because Morgan grew up in a fairly rich family with tons of money. Morgan, who is originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, currently lives in California. Morgan was visiting relatives in Utah when she met Jon. The two have been inseparable ever since!
“They talk on the phone and text throughout the day, and Morgan flew to New York right after Christmas to be with him. Jon is so into Morgan that he is thinking about moving to Utah to be closer to he,” an insider told the National Enquirer.
“He flew her to New York right after Christmas to stay with him at his apartment, but after finding it had been ransacked, he immediately drove to Pennsylvania with Morgan, and they crashed at a hotel in Reading. Later, they went back to New York so Jon could figure out the apartment situation. Morgan helped keep him calm, and he was extremely thankful to have her there.”
