Actor Morgan Freeman is reportedly considering having a baby with his much younger girlfriend, E’Dena Hines, who is the granddaughter of his first wife and therefore his step-granddaughter (photos of the happy couple here). Morgan wants to have a baby with a girl he helped raise for an important part of her life… GASP!

“E’Dena wants Morgan’s baby,” a close source told The Enquirer. “She believes that will give her a final hold on Morgan and, after his divorce with Myrna is over, she will end up marrying him.”

“Morgan has gone along with E’Dena’s wishes of having a baby,” said the close source. “he knows it would be disastrous is E’Dena blew up and went public with everything she knows.”

Morgan, who is divorcing his second wife Myrna Colley-Lee, apparently had a secret affair with E’Dena that started when she was only seventeen years old and lasted more than ten years. E’Dena and Morgan are not keeping their relationship secret anymore but Myrna is determined to not let Morgan have a baby with his step-granddaughter!

The sleazy photographer, who claimed he was “lucky to be alive” after an incident involving Lindsay Lohan’s driver (read more details here), has expressed his relentless desire to sue them, both Lindsay and her driver (photos and video here).

The photographer told TMZ, “Of course I’m going to sue them … but I don’t care about the money.” Of course, he doesn’t care about the money. I seriously doubt his injury was that serious because the guy, who could allegedly barely move his hand, wasn’t even taken to the hospital. He added, “I want to press charges so badly … she’s going to jail.”

Russell is a good influence on Katy’s life! He is no longer the bad-hard-party boy he used to be. Russell cleaned up his act and it seems like he is finally ready to start a family with the singer. However Katy confesses she has a soft spot for women – some women are just too beautiful to resist!

Katy said, “I have a soft spot for women — I’m not afraid of it. Some women walk into the room, and they’re so beautiful and you’re like, ‘I wanna smell you,’ you know? I have certain girlfriends who I just think are the most angelic, beautiful creatures. And if any of my boyfriends ever fail me, I’ll turn to them!”

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has been involved in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation because her driver reportedly struck a paparazzo with the actress’ BMW, which she was driving, in front of The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood at 12:30 am on Sunday (January 10) – photos and video below.

Lindsay was inside the car when it happened and it was her assistant who reported the incident. The photographer injured his hand and was treated on the scene. Lindsay is not a suspect. In fact, it seems like she was surprised by her driver’s action and didn’t even have time to buckle up.

Actress/singer Miley Cyrus, who is currently dating  her “The Last Song” co-star Liam Hemsworth, stopped at Coffee Bean for her iced coffee fix in Beverly Hills on Saturday (January 9). Former NBA star Dennis Rodman was escorted out of a the Waterfalls restaurant inside the Atrium Hotel by nice police officers after drowning his sorrows in vodka and upsetting the owners with his erratic behavior on Thursday (January 7).

Dennis was reportedly very cooperative and eventually agreed to leave the restaurant. Dennis is part of the cast of the new season of Dr. Drew’s “Celebrity Rehab”, which ironically premiere on the same day he was caught drinking vodka.

Conan O’Brien discusses the most recent drama about who gets what time slot on NBC’s late night (watch video below). Jay Leno is rumored to be getting his time slot back after the Winter Olympics but what happens to Conan?

He doesn’t have a lot of options: Conan leaves NBC with tons of money and does nothing for the next four year, Conan leaves NBC for FOX, which would raise several contract issues, or Conan takes the time slot right after Jay for the same salary he has now (that sounds good to me!).

During his opening monologue on Friday (January 8), Conan joked about the whole situation, saying, “We’ve got a great show for you tonight. I have no idea what time it will air – but it’s going to be a great show”, and, made a list of rumors that ended with the foreshadowing: “NBC is going to throw me and Jay in a pit with sharpened sticks. The one who crawls out gets to leave NBC.” LUV Conan!!

Former NBA star Charles Barkley, who had hosted the show for the first time 16 years ago, was the first host of the decade with special musical guest Alicia Keys on Saturday Night Live on Saturday (January 9, 2010) – watch videos below.

Charles is not a good actor and he actually looked kind of stiff in front of the camera but he still managed to deliver some good jokes, especially on his opening monologue. In the first time Sir Charles hosted SNL, he was in great shape and at the top of his game but “now I play bad golf, drink and sometimes get arrested.” Charles also referred to his gambling problem and confessed to need professional help to fix his horrible “golf swing” (last video below). LOL!

Artie Lange has been finally released from the Jersey City Medical Center after he reportedly stabbed himself nine times with a 13-inch Wolfgang Puck kitchen knife in what was considered as a suicide attempt (read more details) at his apartment in New Jersey on Saturday (January 2, 2010).

Artie was bleeding on the floor when he was found by his mother, Judith Lange, who came by his apartment to bring him food. Judith called 911 at exactly 9:36 am. Police ruled the incident as a suicide attempt and will not conduct an investigation.

Howard Stern’s sidekick has admitted to suffer from depression, to be battling a heroin addiction and to have tried suicide at least once before, when his dad suffered an accident that paralyzed and ultimately killed him in his memoir book “Too Fat To Fish”, which was released back in 2008. Get well Artie!!
