JWoww might have just disappointed some of her biggest fans when she revealed during an interview at “The Green Room” that she got under the knife for a boob job, which was a gift for herself when she turned 21.
“Oh yeah, so natural,” JWoww teased. “A doctor. I think a couple of my girlfriends were getting them. I think I wanted a new type of me when I moved down to New York. It was like my own present for myself when I was turning 21.”

When asked if she would pose completely nude for Playboy, JWoww confessed she would consider doing it but with some conditions – she wants to be cover and centerfold! JWoww said, “I think it’s already in the works.”
