Lady GaGa wanted to give her fans, who she calls her little monsters, something special to celebrate her major success and two Grammy Awards after a spectacular performance of “Speechless/Your Song” with the one and only Sir Elton John (watch video here) at the 2010 Grammy Awards.

So GaGa got a “Little Monsters” tattoo on the inside of her left arm (photos below)! She tweeted, “look what i did last night. little monsters forever, on the arm that holds my mic. xx.” You can say whatever you want about GaGa but she devotedly loves her fans!
