San Antonio Spurs star George Hill has some very compromising naked photos taken by himself with his cell phone and sent to someone who apparently sold those (including very dirty text messages!) to TheDirty.

Despite George’s request for the nude pictures to be taken down, the website refused. So the Spurs decided to fire a letter to demand the photos are removed “immediately and permanently” threatening to take legal action and sue the website because those are considered to be damaging the team’s image.

The websites’ lawyers quickly responded they have the right to publish pics of “celebrities making fools of themselves” and removing the compromising images would not change the fact George is “a moron”. The Spurs’ decision to get involved in this matter only maximized the exposure of the pictures in question.
