Kelly Osbourne’s Slim New Figure & Weight Loss Secrets
Reality star Kelly Osbourne, who is looking just fabulous, has been proudly showing off her new slender figure while hitting the runaway at New York Fashion Week. Kelly confessed she is feeling better than ever and all due to a major, yet, simple change in eating habits since she participated on Dancing With The Stars.
“I’ve completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing with the Stars,” Kelly tells Life & Style. “A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I’ve found just having a tiny little snack — like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps.”
That simple trick seems to be working miracles for Kelly. Ozzy Osbourne’s baby girl is happier and much more confident, which consequently makes her looks beautiful. Kelly is currently dating and rumored to be engaged to model Luke Worral.
