Ashley Rodriguez “Happy” Top 12 American Idol (VIDEO)
The American Idol Season 9 Top 12 girls performed for the first time live on the Idol stage on Tuesday (February 23). Ashley Rodriguez had some high heels to fill when she chose to sing Leona Lewis’ “Happy” but she lacked originality and lost herself (watch video below). Simon Cowell, who discovered Leona in the British X-Factor, was very harsh saying that he sees her as someone who sings other people’s songs and not very well. OUCH!
