The American Idol hopeful Danelle Hayes, who worked as a karaoke host, got a golden ticket after impressing the judges with her audition in Denver (watch video here) but she didn’t quite make it to Hollywood due to her extensive criminal record.

The 24 year-old has an impressive rap sheet which includes a DUI, driving on suspended license, possession of marijuana, domestic violence, threatening to kill her own mother, vandalizing her parents’ home and stealing money and eight checks from her mom’s checkbook.

Danelle has a serious problem with alcohol and a seven year deferred prosecution for drunk driving that would require a clearance from her probation officer every time she had to leave the state. If she cleans up her act, Danelle might get another chance to pursue her dreams and audition again.

“The Bachelor” girl Melissa Rycroft, who was dumped on national television by Jason Mesnick, finally found love in her on-and-off boyfriend, Tye Strickland, and the two tied the knot in Mexico back on December 12, 2009.

Melissa tells Shape Bride, “I’m not Megan Fox sexy, but I’m girl-next-door sexy—and I know Tye finds that very attractive. Everyone needs to find their own meaning of the word—and flaunt it!”

Socialite Paris Hilton, who has been out of the spotlight for quite some time, seemed to be completely wasted while she let loose during the promotion of the new Brazilian beer, “Devassa” in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil this weekend (more pictures below).

Reality star Tila Tequila, who is reportedly pregnant with who-knows-whose baby, was rushed to the hospital over the weekend after falling off her chair and fearing for her life when she heard the back of her skull crack (watch video below).

Tila did not fail to provide a play-by-play of the whole incident via her Twitter account. Tila tweeted, “f*ck i just fell off of my chair, slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. theres a dent in it now! I should call the ambulance just in case? like that one actress that died cuz she hit her head &thought she was ok but died later..pray 4 me.”

Tila continued, “Ambulance on the way to my house. I could have a brain concussion and die ina few hours.” Another message followed, “This is Tila’s Agent.Tila had a concussion & isnt doing well. Please send her your prayers. Shes at the hospital&wont b on Twitter 4 a while.” A few hours later, Tila tweeted, “This is Tila. Ive been in bedrest all day from all the medicine doctors gave me. Knocked me out all day. I just woke up. Feeling better now!”

Tila was released from the hospital and is about to leave for a promotional tour in Australia. The “accident” wasn’t as serious as her “agent” suggested and a pregnant woman, who just had a concussion, is about to get on a plane and travel for several hours… yeah, OK!

The mother-to-be promised to reveal who is her real baby daddy (it’s not The Game after all!) in an exclusive interview to promote the launch of her gossip blog on March 16. Stay tuned…

Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, and mother, Sharon Murphy, launched a foundation with the name of the actress, which would be dedicated to arts education for children, but it was not registered as a charity with the IRS or the state of California, as required by law.

There was no record of it being listed as a non-profit organization and therefore they had to disclose they are not registered as a nonprofit when soliciting money. When questioned about the inexistence of such disclosure by TMZ, the Brittany Murphy Foundation site was shut down temporarily with the message “Down for maintenance”.

The site was re-opened over the weekend with a special message to explain they were eager to launch a foundation to honor Brittany’s memory but that all the donations will be refund “until we have our non-profit status approved before proceeding to insure that we can truly honor Brittany’s charitable desires.”

The Brittany Murphy Foundation: We began the Brittany Murphy Foundation to honor Brittany’s wishes and to give her family, friends, and fans a way of keeping her legacy alive. In an effort to get the foundation off the ground quickly, we established it as a private foundation with plans to apply for nonprofit status down the road. However, after some thought, we have decided instead to wait until we have our nonprofit status approved before proceeding to ensure that we can truly honor Brittany’s charitable desires. Any donations made up until this point will be returned until we have all our paperwork solidified.

Comedienne Tina Fey graces the cover of the latest issue of Vogue Magazine (March 2010). Tina, who was photographed by Mario Testino, completely lost her charismatic scar in the corner of her mouth to Photoshop. It’s the little imperfections that make someone beautiful. Tina (with her scar) is beautiful!

In the interview, the 39 year-old MILF talked about being one of the “normal” girls, skinny versus fat people and the power of clothes. Here are some highlights of Tina Fey’s Vogue interview:

Country star Trace Adkins’ tour buses were involved in a fatal crash with a pickup truck, which resulted in the death of two people, who were in the truck on impact.  The accident took place in Louisiana on Saturday morning (February 13).

The pickup track, believed to be coming from a casino, crossed the central line and crashed into the tour bus. Trace was not inside the truck and his band members did not suffer serious injuries. Trace is schedule to perform with Martina McBride in Bossier City, LA tonight.

The 2010 Winter Olympic Games were stained by a horrible tragedy, the death of Georgian luger, Nodar Kumaritashvili, during a practice luge run (read more details) just a few hours before the opening ceremony on Friday (February 12).

The graphic video of the fatal incident and the moment of Nodar’s tragic death has been shown all over the world, which is a sign of the human’s morbid curiosity (watch graphic video below).
