Rapper Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent is trying everything he can to stay relevant. Unfortunately, 50 decided to release private X-rated footage that featured a Florida woman named Lastonia Leviston, who is now suing him for the use of her name and likeness without her permission.

The sex tape was first published on 50’s official website and has quickly spread virally causing Lastonia severe emotional distress. Lastonia and an unidentified guy, who’s face is blurred out in the video, “videotaped themselves engaging in sexually explicit activities” in June 2008, but the guy had promised to destroy the tape.

The tape was given or sold to 50 who turned it into a x-rated comedy that mocked Rick Ross. The rapper also reportedly accused this woman of being a “call girl”, causing her further embarrassment. It’s time for Fiddy to pay!!
