Tim Urban “Hallelujah” Top 8 American Idol (VIDEO)
The American Idol Season 9 Top 8 Guys battled on stage for a spot in the final 12 on Wednesday (March 10). Tim Urban performed Jeff Buckley’s version of the classic “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen and he is back in the competition (watch video below). Yeah, baby!!

It was by far Tim’s best performance. He sounded great, honest and it was just a pleasure hearing him sing last night. Ellen DeGeneres felt so guilty about being so harsh on him that she gave Tim one big warm hug. Simon Cowell claimed to be responsive for Tim’s success because he gave Tim’s confidence a big boost last week, which made Tim believe he deserved to be there.
