“Grey’s Anatomy” star Katherine Heigl had one of the most embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions in celeb history during her “Female Star Of The Year” acceptance speech at the ShoWest Awards in Las Vegas on Thursday (March 18)- photos and video below.

When Katherine got on stage her beautiful red dress shoulder strap popped almost giving the crowd an eyeful of her anatomy. The major nip slip almost turned boob slip was prevented by the actress with a little help from Billy Bush, who hold her strap up until the end of her speech.

Katherine, who looked like a princess in that hot pink dress, proved she has a fantastic sense of humor. She released a small “whoops” and smiled through the whole incident (watch video below). And Katherine, i love the dark hair!!
