Stephani Germanotta aka Lady GaGa offered her 17 year-old sister, Natali Germanotta, a cameo in her controversial latest music video for “Telephone” featuring Beyonce (watch full music video here).

While GaGa is in jail waiting for Beyonce’s phone call, there is a brunette girl that looks exactly like a “chola” version of GaGa… that is Natali!! The girl is reportedly nothing like her sister but she is taking vocal lessons to be a backup singer for her big eccentric sister.
