Deann McClung Accused Jesse James Of Sexual Harassment
Deann McClung recalls the nightmare that was working for Jesse James at West Coast Choppers in Long Beach, California and described her former boss as “an evil, brutal, terrible person.” This woman accused Jesse of forcing her to have sex with him and sued him for sexual harassment in 2000. The case was settled out of court in 2001.

Deann worked for Jesse for 10 months from 1999 to 2000. “Jesse James forced me to have sex with him,” Deann said. “He forced me to have sex, kidnapped me, locked me up and threatened me. He ruined my life.” She also recalls one night when Jesse offered to drive her home only to take her to the Queen Mary Motel and force her to perform oral sex on him.
“There was nothing I could do,” McClung told the reporter. “He told me, ‘You wanted this. You know you had it out for me for months.’” Deanna claims he threatened her and even locked her up in his office overnight. She felt helpless because Jesse was friend with many of the cops.
Deann was fired in 2000. According to court papers, “It was clear to the plaintiff that she was being terminated because of her refusal to give in to James’ further sexual advances.” Jesse filed charges against her as a way to discredit her accounts but never filed a police report. In an interview in 2005, Deann said, “I’m sure he has Sandra [Sandra Bullock] conned into thinking what a nice guy he is, but it’s all a big lie.”
According to TMZ, Jesse settled another sexual lawsuit with a high level, female executive of West Coast Choppers in 2007, while he was married to Sandra. The woman claimed Jesse made several sexual advances, which included sexual acts between 2006 and 2007.
The suggestive e-mails led up to an oral sex act and she kept his t-shirt has proof. This woman quit and hired Gloria Allred, who managed to get $725,000 in a settlement where Jesse neither confirmed nor denied the allegations.
